Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you purchased the warranty from Best Buy, then you would contact them. If you bought Zaggs screen protector, you have to register it first. Then go to Zaggs website and file a claim. It's very simple. They send you a replacement screen but you have to send back the cracked screen. Keep a copy of the return form and tracking #. I had an issue proving to them I returned the screen.
