“My entire case was twice the size of my Apple Watch she is that normal or what because when u put it on it has like 2 cm of space and it moves a lot. How do I fix this?”

It is not normal. Clearly, you bought the wrong size case/bumper. Mine fit perfectly for 44mm. Check your watch size!
