The screensaver is guaranteed through the distributor warranty. Best Buy honors the warranty and will replace the screensaver free of charge but the install is guaranteed by Best Buy as a service for the installation not the screensaver itself.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The warranty is where ever you purchased it from. So essentially if you bought it at Best Buy they would supply you with a new one if you wanted to claim warranty. However, Best Buy does charge you around 8 dollars to install the screen protector.
