• Warranty covers everything, including scratches. A new screen protector will be provided for any warranty claim. If the same item is no longer available, full credit will be provided for the purchase of another model.

• Yes...We took it to Best Buy and they took off scratched one & put on new one.

• You register it online, and it's not hard glass so it doesn't really scratch. It's a softer material.
