Q: Does this include glass for the back camera?
A: no it doesn't
Q: Does it have a hole for the fingerprint reader?
A: There isn't a hole for the fingerprint reader but I haven't encountered any problems with it detecting my thumb thus far. Hope this helps some :-)
Q: If protector is damaged is it replace for free like previouse zagg products
A: Yes, Their website mentions this.
Q: how does the warranty work? What all does it cover? Does warranty cover scratches?
A: Warranty covers everything, including scratches. A new screen protector will be provided for any warranty claim. If the same item is no longer available, full credit will be provided for the purchase of another model.
Q: Is the screen protector fingerprint resistant and smudge resistant?
A: I don't believe it is advertised as fingerprint or smudge resistant. Mine definitely shows smudges, especially if your fingers are a little oily. However, the smudges are only noticeable when the screen is off and solid black. When the phone is in use, the light and colors of the screen are so vibrant that the smudges don't show through.
