No it does not work with the defender series otterbox. My Zagg is popping up on all side due to the case.

I just purchased the iPhone X with the screen protector and the defender series case all at once....so yes it does work.

Yes, I just purchased both with my iPhone 10. The best combo for protection. The otterbox defender makes the phone easier to hold and text with. I’ve been using both products on all my previous phones. The absolute best!

Absolutely—the Otterbox Defender for the X has no screen so the Zagg “skin” is a must!

It most certainly will. It’s the same setup I have! No problems, cracks or water damage. Even google recommends the two products together!
