A:Answer I bought from Best Buy, but, it is after the 15 day return policy of Best Buy.....
They should not carry Zagg brand products.....
You will need to register with zagg, and pay for shipping, which is fine if you can actually get your product replaced under warranty...
Warranty through Zagg is useless.
I bought a Invisible Shield Glass+ for my Brand new Moto G Stylus that came out a 2-3 months ago.
Zagg product had a Bubble.
Advertised as Bubble Free with Limited Lifetime Warranty.....
My product, nor my phone is on there site. I can only find iPhone and Samsung.... I've read iPhone users having the same problem.
After emailing customer service, she registered my product. When trying to Warranty my new purchase.... My product out of stock, I can "upgrade" for $15 + s+h + tax.... Which the product is not an upgrade over the one I bought, And is for a different phone.
So, if they "don't have your product in stock" you can't use your Warranty, without upgrading, if you even can.
Best case scenario...they give you store credit, but what use is that if they don't have anything for your Phone "in stock"
Fraud, false advertising, misrepresentation, through loopholes, wording, + actions.
I spent a lot more for their product because of reviews, and the Warranty. I will not make that mistake again!
Their product, "warranty", "customer service", and willingness to stand behind their products or brand as useless and non existent.
Buy another brand !!!
