• Yes this product comes with lifetime warranty as long as you register it with the companies website, you will have to pay a shipping cost but beats having to repay the full price of the product.

• Yes. It has a lifetime warranty, you just have to pay shipping. You pay shipping, they send you a new one, you send in the old one and then all is good.

• Yes it does. Go to this website zagg.com/invisibleshield Mine has a chip and they are sending me another. Shipping price for the free one is $5.99. Then you send the broke one back. Hopefully there will not be a charge for that.
