Hi , yes the first one I bought didn't seem to stick very well but if you register it, they will send you a new one in exchange. The new one seemed to stick much better, I cleaned the top lens of the phone with the provided wet cleaning cloth , this worked great

I currently have the Zagg screen protector on my S9, no problems with adhesion or fit to the phone. The Zagg protector was installed by simply following the manufacturer's instructions. I recommend it!

I bought mine 6 weeks ago and it's already falling off. Yes, there is a problem with the adhesive. Zagg will replace it for "free" with a $10 shipping charge. It's junk. Don't buy it.

I've had mine on for a while, utilized in the work environment and have had no issues as of yet. Is it the glass one you're having issues with? Those I have heard and seen have been an issue, but not the vinyl flexible ones.

I don't have answer. Didn't realize this was issue. The sides of mine don't stick on curved part of screen so the side edges have dirt etc stuck to it so there's two lines of dirt running down both sides of screen.

I would call Zagg and talk to customer service . I had the same problem and was told that the one I bought from Best Buy was not being manufactured anymore ,the wet install one it was a mess .They sent me a replacement
