It has tabs on top and bottom. But one tip I read on line - tape the screen protector in the location you want it with a couple of pieces of tape along the long edge. Then you can lay it back, clean the iPad screen, remove the first layer of film, flip the protector back over, (you still have the top layer of film on with the tabs), it is all lined up where you want it, so now you can start pressing down from the center, etc. Then remove the top film and the tape. Done!
