All you have to do is go to the zagg website and choose to register your product, all the information they request is purchase date, purchase location and the model of the product along with your personal information.

Just contact them to receive return info and they will send you a replacement shield. All you have to do is return the defective shield. I've done this a couple times and have never had a problem with Zagg.
