• You have to go to the website that's on the box and register here's a glass screen protector but after that it's warranted for life that I have to do is contact them and they will replace it and if you have geek squad put it on at Best Buy when you get your new one they will put your new one out for you

• As long as you register the product on the Zagg website, you can order a replacement and only pay for shipping. Shipping is quick and no hassle.

• They have an awesome warranty, just fill out the warranty info online and you will receive a new screen protector no questions asked. Great company.

• It should be covered. Go to Zagg's website and create an account. You'll have to submit a report for your cracked protector and they should send you a new one as long and you send them back your old one.

• As long as you register your product with Zagg online, you can request a replacement to be sent to you. You only need to pay for the shipping cost, which I believe is $5-6, and then return your old/used/broken product that needed the replacement. It's a really easy process. I've done it numerous times for many of my products.
