“Does it require the brightness to be higher or make it hard to read in sunlight? I bought a cheap plastic privacy protector, and had to have the brightness at max in normal light, and still could not see the screen in sunlight. Had to finally remove it as it was killing battery life due to having to keep the brightness so high. Are there similar problems with this product?”

Everything is pretty much the same when your looking at ur screen I actually have turned down my brightness to further increase the security effect.

It is amazing, if you turn it to the side you can't see the screen at all! But face on it is great! It is not a good protector if you like to share videos side-by-side with friends, but for yourself it is good.
