Does this actually fit the Newest 11” iPad Pro...? null

No, this unit will not work with an 11 inch iPad.

Apple`s naming scheme is confusing. This case will only fit the older, 9.7” iPad Pro, Air 2, and the iPad 5th and 6th generation models (the lowest priced iPads that Apple sells to consumers and for educational use). The openings for the camera, ports, and buttons may not line up even if your iPad is the same size. This case is designed to fit an iPad that is 9.4” long, 6.6” wide and a thickness of .24” (pro and Air) to .29” (iPad 5th and 6th generation) thick. I hope this helps.
