“I dropped the ZAGG rugged messenger on the ground and my screen is broken. my bestbuy customer rep told me about the case would protect my iPad against a drop from my hands. My screen broke when I dropped it. How do i get my screen replaced underwarranty”

We're sorry to hear that, Scott! While our cases can protect your device from most drops, they aren't 100% infallible. Though we can't replace the iPas itself, we'd be more than happy to get you a new case
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The case people will tell you that they are not liable and it was recommended to buy their 50 dollar iPad screen protector along with the case. I took this case back after having it one day because I didn’t feel it gave great protection.
