When I got the keyboard initially, I thought it was great but after two months it would not hold a charge. I contacted Zagg and they replaced it although they were not happy about it. The keyboard NEVER held a charge for two years and barely two months. Now, a year or so later, the numbers on the keyboard no longer work. I have gone to the internet for troubleshooting. In the end, I think this keyboard is essentially junk.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When the ZAGG keyboard battery dies we mean DIES = no longer able to hold a charge. Plugging it in negates the value of what was supposed to be a portable device. ZAGG should have an easily replace the battery option for when they are no loner rechargable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no replacement battery available so you give it to Goodwill who will resell it to unsuspecting person who will then throw it in the trash. Zagg should be boycotted for selling this junk.
