- A:Answer It’s made in China. But honestly it’s built solid and pretty reliable and useful when checking temperature. I would trust buying this from Best Buy than buying one from Amazon.

- A:Answer 89.6 F - 108 F (any reading below 89.6 F will display as "Lo" and any reading above 108 F will display as "Hi") 32 C - 42.2 C (any reading below 32 C will register as "Lo" and any reading above 42.2 C will display as "Hi")

- A:Answer Quick answer -- yes. The infrared device can measure the temperature of ANY surface that radiates heat between 89.6 F and 108 F (32.0 C - 42.2 C). Surface temperatures below those limits will display as "Lo" and surface temperatures above those limits will display as "Hi".

- A:Answer With the unit off, press and hold the scan trigger for 8 seconds to bring to Temperature mode. Release the scan trigger and then re-press the scan trigger to toggle and select between C and F.
