“Do I need to hard wired? I have 120v vent hood currently which is the same 120v as this model. Tech told me to get it ready for Installation as I should do it hard wired beforehand. Is it necessary? It has dedicated outlet so can I use it?”

Hello, The Tempest I is meant to be hard- wired out of the box. We recommend that you check with and follow your local and prevailing codes and ordinance guidelines if making any modifications.
