“How much distance is there between the back of the hood and where the vent is inserted? What shape and size is the vent? Am replacing an existing hood that is already vented through a cabinet. Thank you.”

Hello, The Breeze II is an under cabinet style hood- that is installed under your existing cabinet. It requires a 10X 3 1/4" duct- or you may need to use an adapter if you have a round duct.
