“How do I remove a burned out bulb like this? Does it twist out or pull out - those 2 stems on the end are new to me.”

Manual for mine says you turn counter clockwise 60 degrees and they fall out. Since the bulb itself is flush to the vent hood, this is impossible without removing vent covers. Mine was stuck so it took way too much twisting and turning (and cursing) but it finally fell out. Ridiculous design.
