“What is the decibel level?”

• The manufacturer claims 38dBA. All I can tell you is that mine is super quiet. I have mine installed under the kitchen island and I can only hear it when there is absolutely no other noises in the room. But it is not annoying, just a gentle hum when the compressor is running. The circulating fan does come on and off very frequently as others have noted but my wife can't even hear that when it happens. We are very pleased with the unit.
