- Answer Hello, The PRWB24C32BG and BWB24C32AG are largely similar, the primary difference would be the BWB has a temperature range of 38-65 degreed compared to the PRW 34-65, the PRW model also features dual-pane glass, additionally the PRW features 3 color LED vs the BWB blue LED lighting. The two models would have the same storage capacity. QuestionHow do you remove the roll out shelves on the wine side of the wine beverage cooler

- Answer Hello, Removing the Wooden Shelves 1. Open the door completely and remove all the contents loaded on the shelf, if applicable. 2. Pull the shelf towards yourself until it has fully extended outward 3. The shelf has plastic posts on both sides as indicated in the diagram below. While facing the unit, press the plastic post on the right side down while pulling up on the left plastic post. 4. Evenly pull out the shelf from the track until it is completely removed from the inner compartment. Thank you for your inquiry! -Zephyr

QuestionWhat is the decibel level?

- Answer The manufacturer claims 38dBA. All I can tell you is that mine is super quiet. I have mine installed under the kitchen island and I can only hear it when there is absolutely no other noises in the room. But it is not annoying, just a gentle hum when the compressor is running. The circulating fan does come on and off very frequently as others have noted but my wife can't even hear that when it happens. We are very pleased with the unit.

QuestionDoes this catch condensation in a drip tray in the back? Some beverage refrigerators have this design, and it can overflow onto the floor under the cabinets. (Pictures?)

- Answer Hello, Yes. The Zephyr Presrv coolers all have a drip tray on the bottom. Any condensation is then evaporated by the condenser motor. Thank you for your inquiry!

- Answer The shelves on the right side ( for cans ) simply lift out and can be moved to change the arrangement but the wine bottle shelves on the left side are fixed.

QuestionCan this be installed under a granite counter, as built in?

- Answer I have mine installed in the kitchen island under a corian counter top. The unit vents to the front at the bottom so works great in a built in situation. However, you need to ensure there is an air gap at the back of the unit and it is recommended that there is a small gap between the top of the unit and the counter top to allow air flow to the back of the unit.

- Answer I researched this too...made in China. One of the top online distributors is HKL. I suspect the first 2 letters stand for Hong Kong, but can not verify that. The fact that none of the company reps answered this question after having been posted for 9 months should tell you something...

- Answer The shelves on the right side are adjustable. I have both cans and bottles in mine. The exact capacity would depend on the size of the bottles so not easy to say "how many". But I have some bottles standing upright on one shelf and some lying down at the very bottom of the unit.
