It is likely for a bad temperature sensor part # 11050018, a $5 part.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am also having this issue and the unit is 1 month old. Has anyone solved this?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.same issue as others, unit started beeping with "HI" code (zephyr customer service just told me to turn off for 10 min and turn on, which clearly hasn't worked) and now today "E3." starting to think these things are lemons.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Re: your E3 error code I haven't had this problem and as you mentioned, do not see it referred to in the manual. Assuming you do not have the Best Buy warranty, I can only recommend calling Zephyr service at: Product & Warranty Support (888) 880-8368, select Option 1 Hours of Operation Monday – Thursday 7:00AM – 5:00 PM (PT) Friday 7:00AM – 4:00 PM (PT)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same issue, luckily still under warranty. Zephry replaced the control board and thermistor sensors and it worked for a day and then stopped cooling again, got a HI error (temp inside too hot), and then E3 error. They are sending the same parts again along with display board. Would like to know if anyone solved this issue permanently.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same problem…And no reference to it in the manual. Yeah, that’s helpful
