• A:Answer Yes, it's normal for a wine cooler's glass door to fog up when opened because of the temperature difference between the cooler and the room. To minimize this, keep door openings to a minimum and ensure the door seals are in good condition. There are anti-fog sprays that you can buy like Rain-X but there's certainly no need to use them.

• A:Answer Hello, This is a communication error between the sensors and control board, and can be fixed by doing a reset of the unit. Unplugging it from power, and leaving it off for an hour, then restarting. If the reset doesn't fix it, then the sensors and control board would need to be replaced.
