Hello, This is a communication error between the sensors and control board, and can be fixed by doing a reset of the unit. Unplugging it from power, and leaving it off for an hour, then restarting. If the reset doesn't fix it, then the sensors and control board would need to be replaced. Thank you for your inquiry! - Zephyr
