Yes, it's normal for a wine cooler's glass door to fog up when opened because of the temperature difference between the cooler and the room. To minimize this, keep door openings to a minimum and ensure the door seals are in good condition. There are anti-fog sprays that you can buy like Rain-X but there's certainly no need to use them.

The fogging would be caused by the change of humidity on the cooled surface which can call water vapor to turn into a liquid.
