Ive use my HX80/M2 combo for a couple years now. No problems connecting the two either.
A:AnswerThe most I’ve used it on and off in one day was about 4 hrs and it had about 1/2 a battey left. I used it over another 3 days about an hour or so a day and it was still on 1 charge. I believe the specs say 8 hours but I’m sure I was slightly over that.

Seems to be deceptive advertising, There should be some disclosure from the retailer. Many youtub sites say it works on Canon Mark G7x ii, hower if you look a the Zhiyum's web site it's not listed as compatible.
A:AnswerThe g7 itself is not to heavy. The crane m2 can support 1.52 lbs and the g7 weights 0.915 lbs . With that being said certain lens will be over kill . For the crane m2 some lens work perfect and keep a good stabilization. I own a crane m2 for my gx85 but for my gh5 I have the crane m3.
