Available functions include High Bake, Low Bake, Broil, Convection Bake, and Convection Broil. Please note that the High Bake setting is designed for preheating only. Once the oven reaches the desired temperature, the preheat indicator light will turn off to let you know it's ready. At that point, you can switch to your desired cooking function to complete your recipe.
