- Answer Hi Emily. yes, it needs an existing mechanical doorbell chime, or you can install a 20 ohm resistor if you don't want to install a doorbell chime.

- Answer Hi Drago, it doesn't require fees for live viewing and monitoring. You can also view the motion video clips for the past 36 hours. If you would like to playback recording footage for even more days, you can subscribe for the cloud service and that requires fees. - Answer Thunder, There is not limit to the number of devices you can connect to the app. Just make sure that to properly name the device so you can determine the difference between them.

- Answer Hi, This exquisitely designed home security video doorbell is compatible with your existing hard wired chime. With all necessary tools in the package, installation is a breeze. (Currently the Greet Pro is not compatible with digital chime.)
