“Is there a way, to "shut-it-off" when I am home, or moving around in the room?”

• I haven't tried it but it appears if you go to cameras > settings (gear in the upper right corner) > mode you can turn off the camera in that mode. So, if you select the say "home" mode and have turned off the camera toggle if should effectively be off until you change modes.
