• you need wifi I have it on my door it works find it'll save pictures for 30 days without the cloud

• YOu only need WiFi. This product is not compatible with Verizon Cloud.

• Currently the device is only compatible with meShare cloud and you will just need WiFi, Cloud is for video recording use and you can still receive motion alerts and review them in 36 hours even without subscribing for the cloud service.
