No fees. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now and there have been no costs. There is a "cloud" storage option that is not yet available for this model but they say it is coming soon. If you want to pay for that you can, but I have found that it's not needed for my usage. The camera will keep a weeks worth of alert photos and then start overwriting the oldest. That has been fine for me. Also, with the Zmodo app on my smartphone I can look in at live video anytime. Been working great.
