QuestionAppreciate the responses coming from the Zojirushi Team. At what temperature does it brew? Is the consumable liquid ever in direct contact with aluminum?

- Answer Thank you for your inquiry. The coffee will brew at 200°F high brewing temperature for superior flavor extraction. The coffee does not come in to contact with aluminum. Please contact Zojirushi America Customer Service at 1-800-733-6270 for further assistance or email support@zojirushi.com
