Thank you for your inquiry. For the NS-LGC05 rice cooker, the unit will generally take approximately 90-100 minutes to complete cooking rice on the regular Brown Rice setting (not GABA). Please be advised the cooking times do include a soaking, cooking, and steaming process that will automatically be performed by the rice cooker, and may vary depending on factors such as the amount of rice being cooked, water temperature, and ambient room temperature.
