“I'm confused about the capacity. Does the cooker make up to 10 cups of cooked rice? Or up to 10 cups uncooked (which would be more than 10 cups cooked)? Thank you.”

Thank you for your inquiry. The capacity of our rice cooker is measured in uncooked rice based on a 6 oz. cup. A rice cooker with a 10 cup maximum capacity will cook 10 cups of uncooked rice which may double in quantity once cooked. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The “cup” you use (included) to measure the dry rice is approximately 1/2 cup actual measure. It appears to make at least 10 actual cups of COOKED rice. Great capacity.
