Q: Questioncondensate is forming on the front upper part, sometimes it drips into the carbon filter. I have attached a picture. is this normal? I have not seen anyone else noticing condensate in this area.

• A:Answer The coffee maker is in a location where there is plenty of space for air circulation. It is not under a cabinet. I also checked the water tank lid holes and they are not obstructed.

Q: QuestionDoes it come with paper coffee filters - what size - and is a permanent gold tone filter available that will fit?
