Yes it will. I have comcast and it works just as well if not better than the router they charge you $10/ month for!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Arris appears to have a coaxial cable connection for the internet connection. This means that you're trying to replace a modem with a router which can't be done in this instance since the Linksys does not have a coaxial connection. In case you're having issues with the device have Comcast confirm the firmware is up to date. However, what you could do if you're looking into this Linksys as a Wi-Fi solution is to connect the Linksys to one of the Ethernet ports on the Arris and turn off the Wi-Fi signal from the Arris (so the Linksys and Arris don't have signals colliding) and use the Linksys as the main wireless router. Alternatively, you can looks into an 802.11ac router and cable modem from Comcast directly so you would have one device instead of 2.
