    I have no complains about The camera. But I thought it was made in Japan. Then I realized it was made in .Thailand. The country where the product is made is very important for the customer. At the counter the sells rep told me not to open the box and said if I return the item there will be a charge. That prevented me returning the camera. Although he warned me not to open the box to see the items, I realized that it was an open box. I think Best Buy must assess all these things through the customers point of view. In that sense I am not satisfied with customer service.

    This camera package was OK but it lacked the higher quality images that I was used to shooting with my older SLR models from Nikon. I returned it and bought a Nikon D7500 and a 18-300 mm telephoto lens.
