Pros: I like that I can set the controller to DirectX or XInput mode. That makes it compatible with older games that don't understand an XBox joystick. (Curse Microsoft for not making the triggers independent on PC.) Cons: the triggers are WAY too stiff and uncomfortable to use with racing games. I will not buy another one of these.

Quick response and can take quite a beating. Sooner or later the wire starts shorting, as with an wire, but its quite awhile before that happens. Well worth the price.
