The headset is easy to set up and use. My problem with the headset is there is no indicator to inform you if you are on mute or not. The other problem I have experienced is the “tunnel” effect. Sometimes it’s difficult to tell if someone is done talking before you begin to speak. For the price I would suggest this for a household item that kids could use, definitely not for use I. A professional setting.

This wireless headset is wonderful. I thought it would be harder to use, but the instructions are very helpful and easy to understand. Sound is very good.

A solid product. Volume low compared to my wired headset. Needs to recharge sooner than I’d expected. Overall pretty good and easy to use.

Needs time to set up. I had to download software and its not very intuitive. Bluetooth gets confused between my computer and mobile but once I figured that out, it works fine now. I probably should have gone with the wired version.

It is a comfortable option and was a good price also however there is a problem the mute buttom is exactly in the rigth hand side so whenever you take or remove the headset you might press the mute and this becosmes relly inconvinient

Inexpensive yet good wireless headset. Great sound quality. Used for Zoom and Teams meetings. Only complaints are that the head "clamping force" is not adjustable and extended use really hurts my ears. In my environment, the remote distance is about ten feet, not near as far as a Bluetooth device. Also it only lasted 2.5 years before needing replacement. I expected a longer life.
