bad deal

Discovered when I got home the box was an 'OPEN BOX" and priced $2.00 less than what I paid. Not happy with the salesman since he did not pay attention to this and was too busy visiting with co worker to pay attention to me. Never had such poor service before. He did not even tell me I had to purchase this cable until my friend that was with me asked if it was in the box. There was no listing of "included in this box'
