Upon unboxing found dent in side of fridge, compressor had 2 of 4 screws installed partially, other 2 screws located at bottom of carton, and lower drawer was broken. Called and attempted to just get drawer and was transferred to 3 different departments and then back to best buy. Might end up being good fridge but now I have to load it to return it to store and then wait on new unit and hope it comes by move in date for daughters college.
