Difficulties with purchasing process but good item

But the steps in the process were not good. First, there was a 2 week allowance for BB to get the unit to the store I'd selected. It was delayed. Then BB canceled the order. I called and arranged for the unit to ship to her house instead of being picked up. The unit arrived with a corner of the box (and the unit) all smushed. My granddaughter was able to take the unit to BB and get a replacement.
