I previously bought the next size up about 3 years ago and ended up letting my parents keep it because they loved it and I didn’t need the big one. This size is great for us.

We plugged in right when we got home and took 4 hours to become totally chill. Has a nice holding rack for veggies and other small items and plenty of depth for storage of meat.

It looks like something in the warehouse crunched it and was overlooked and then packaged up. Just one of those things. Not going to return it, not that bothered by it.

Great freezer!

I got it on sale so I was super happy about it! Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it came with dents even though I picked up from store. The cord was also stuck and I had to open side panel to get it out and the cord had a red paint and it was scraped. Other than that 5 stars!

I've had it 2 weeks so it doesn't have a lot of stuff in it yet. I don't know if it's normal, but there is a loud ice cracking sound if it's been closed a few days and then I open it. There's frost on the inside but I don't see any ice solid ice built up to make that noise. That's my only complaint.
