The difference this chest freezer than all the others I looked at, this one has a grounded cord and a light inside which made this a positive buy. Plus it holds at -5 degrees when full. Has a power light on the front which gives you confidence everything is going well.

I didn’t want a chest freezer, but the uprights were so much more expensive. After seeing a few YouTube videos of container hacks to make accessing deep items easier we got this one, bought a few ikea containers and we love it.

Great way to increase freezer space

It sits about 8 feet from the chair I usually sit in, with nothing in between. Don't hear it running if anything else is making noise (TV, Dishwasher, Ceiling fan, refrigerator). Only down side is not frost free, but so far not a problem. Paid for half of it with BB points, so great value.
