I've owned two other 5.0 cu ft chest freezers in the past and they seemed to be much bigger in dimensions. When I was able to unpack the freezer for installation after a half day rest, I found that the walls of this unit are not as substantial as my previous boxes, in fact, the interior wall is exactly the same as those other two, this unit is more efficient has better insulation and to make my life much easier, it has a lid light. wow how w0 years can change an appliance's appearance.
