After receiving the 3.0,, I was very upset because of the dents, but was told I would have to wait for the paperwork to be completed (overnight). After speaking with my wife she was like we will just keep it(mind you I am upset). So I called BestBuy, the next morning and spoke with a WONDERFUL LADY, who went above & beyond for me (upgrade to 5.0). Thank you BestBuy!!!! I just wish I could remember the young lady’s name (BLESS YOUR HEART), for being professional & friendly!!!

Good for breast milk gets very cold
