They would rather send the geek squat out to replace it which doesn’t make no sense to me since I live 40 minutes from the closest Best Buy. I’m happy with the freezer, just not with Best Buy’s policy.

Moved food from dead freezer without any lose. Lucky that outside temp was in twenties so kept refrig food on back porch. After new frig was delivered liked it so much we are keeping it in use.
