Redelivery made and dropped off at residence unopened. When opened customer noticed dent on product. It was after 14 days tried contacting and no one answered. It was a disappointing experience and sad for my daughter in which this was a gift for.

Other than that its a great freezer but I will not be purchasing again from BestBuy, very dissapointed in BB customer service.

Box damaged also. Entire instrument panel falling off. It was a curbside pickup so I didn’t check before leaving since they put it in the car for me. Didn’t realize until I got home. Not going to wait hours in line to return it. I’d rather give this one away to a friend and buy another one. Pretty disappointing, this is the first time I’ve ordered from Best Buy in probably five years. Will just go back to other stores for appliance purchases from now on.

No sign of any damage on the outside of the package. however, the hinge of the top cover was found damaged after unpack. suspect bad quality control in manufacturer or received re-stock returned item. returned this one and order another from the store.
