The load time is very fast as one would expect for SSD. Coming from an older HDD laptop, the load time IS EXTREMELY NOTICEABLE. I mostly use it for school assignments and so I use Word very often. I do not play games on it so I cannot speak to performance for activities outside of Word, Excel and PPT. I recommend.

Eh, it's ok.

The hinge broke when I opened it after owning it for 3 days. I have had the new unit for about a month and the fingerprint reader no longer works. I just use the PIN instead. If I had a choice I probably wouldn't buy it again. I purchased it Black Friday so I got a very good price.
